OUR HISTORY

Maximilian Restaurant was founded by Miroslav and Jana Brandejs, who brought their passion for European cuisine from Czechoslovakia to Canada. The restaurant's name pays homage to King Maximilian I of Bavaria, reflecting its European roots.
