C a k e !

This is the second cake I have made for our 'Schnitzel Dinner for 2 Special' using the 'Snacking Cake' cookbook by Yossy Arefi. This 'Double Apple Cake' is made with applesauce and fresh apples, goes together in a flash and can be topped with a simple glaze or powdered sugar. Try it with our Takeout Special or in house, for dessert.
