Did someone say cake?

This is a new cookbook I added to my collection, 'Snacking Cakes' by Yossy Arefi. During the recent shutdown, I made the recipe 'All the Spices Cake' for our Schnitzel Special for 2 takeout. I highly recommend this book, the cakes are all easy and quick to make, no mixer is required and they are absolutely DELICIOUS!
