turkey and cucumber crustini

Spread cranberry mayonnaise (cranberry sauce mixed with mayonnaise) on top of sliced baguette. Top with thinly sliced cucumbers and turkey. You can also mix chopped turkey with the cranberry mayonnaise, finely diced onions and chopped pecans and walnuts. Enjoy, Prost!
